Welcome to Universal Home Tutors. By using our website, services, or engaging with our tutors, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering, booking, or receiving tutoring services.

1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” refers to Universal Home Tutors.
“Tutor” refers to any individual contracted or employed by Universal Home Tutors to provide tutoring services.
“Student” or “Client” refers to the person receiving tutoring services, including parents or guardians who book services on behalf of a minor.


2. Services Provided
We provide home tutoring and online tutoring services across various academic subjects and levels.
Tutors are matched with students based on availability, subject expertise, and location (for in-person tutoring).
While we aim to ensure high-quality educational support, we do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or outcomes.

3. Registration and Accounts
Clients must provide accurate and complete personal details when registering for our services.
Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account.
Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Fees and Payments
Tutoring fees will be communicated prior to the start of lessons.
Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
Fees are subject to change, but existing clients will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both tutor and client.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If a tutor cancels a session, a replacement session will be arranged at no additional cost.

6. Responsibilities of Tutors
Tutors will prepare lessons to the best of their ability and deliver them professionally.
Tutors are not permitted to complete assignments, exams, or coursework on behalf of the student.
Tutors will maintain confidentiality of student information.

7. Responsibilities of Students/Clients
Students are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared with necessary materials.
Clients must ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for home tutoring.
Students are expected to respect tutors and follow instructions during sessions.
8. Code of Conduct
Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior by either tutor or client will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in such cases without a refund.

9. Liability
Universal Home Tutors will not be held responsible for:
Student performance or lack of academic improvement.
Technical issues affecting online tutoring sessions.
Losses or damages arising from misuse of our services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the tutoring fees paid.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information shared with Universal Home Tutors will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate tutoring services with reasonable written notice.
Any prepaid lessons that have not been delivered may be refunded, subject to our cancellation policy.

12. Intellectual Property
Lesson materials, worksheets, or resources provided by tutors remain the property of Universal Home Tutors or the tutor unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clients may use provided materials only for personal learning and not for redistribution.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or applicable local jurisdiction).
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts.
